Radio Horton says Thank You

Radio Horton has been given six native British trees by the National Herb Centre in Warmington.  These have been planted to the rear of F Ward and Children’s Ward outside the Radio Horton studio.

Radio Horton would like to thank both the National Herb Centre for their generous donation and also the operational estates team at the Horton General Hospital for their swift action to plant these young saplings.  The estates team will also be regularly watering them in this very hot weather.

With such judicious attention the ornamental cherry, crab apple, rowan and hawthorns should be a lovely new backdrop to these buildings when they are in full bloom next year – and many years to come.
